So, "whats a time bank?" I hear you say...

Then I shall explain...
We know that as a company, all of you out there are our best asset, we know that the majority of our work is referrals from existing customers, and we really appreciate that you do that for us.
So, as a little thank you, we've come up with the time bank concept...
So, What is Time Bank?
As a company, we are proud to say that around 70% of our customers are recommended to us, and to thank you for this, we are introducing “Time Bank” as a rewards system for our clients. Time bank allows you to accrue discounts based on your recommendation of our services. This discount can then be used by yourselves to pay towards any booking made with us.
How does it work?
“Time Bank” requires no setting up, no registration
and no tedious paperwork. As a client you will automatically be eligible for
time bank. All you need to do is keep doing what our customers do anyway,
recommend us. Each time an artist books with us, we will ask them if they were
recommended, if they have been, they simple tell us who buy, and we credit that
person, artist, group etc with a 10% discount of their next booking. This
discount can be added to every time we complete a commission for a
recommendation. The total amount of discount that can be accrued is 60%.
Am I elligable?
Any of our clients can use “Time Bank” and it is open
to anyone who books us for a commission. So this covers solo artists, bands,
studios, promoters, venues if we photograph for you, you are elligable.
What ca I use my discount for?
The discount can be used at anytime you have an amount
between 10% and 60% in your “Time Bank”, and it can be used for any services we
offer, this goes right from small events coverage , PR work, album covers right
up to virtual tours of studios etc. All you do is contact us to discuss you’re
booking as usual, and if you have credit in “time Bank” and want to use it, we
will apply the relevant discount to your bill.
Are There any exclusions?
Just the usual boring ones, but we have to say this anyway, the discount is only valid on new bookings and cannot be back dated, the discount has no monetary alternative or value, the discount is non transferable, but it is applied to the person booking. So if for instance, as a producer, you want to apply for your discount to be used on one of your artists, not a problem, just make the booking in your name, and let us know and we will sort it out.
The whole idea of "Time Bank" is to say thank you for what we know our customers are doing anyway, It's our way of giving you something back to thank you for your continued support. We offer a wide range of services to all aspects of the music industry, and this will help us all to work more closely together, which can be of benefit to all of us.
